I can recall a commission painted army winning at our FLGS before and the player asked the TO to remove his army from future painting award considerations. I think this is a good precedent to follow in a friendly FLGS environment.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06848352666985993883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-785143353254421312.post-54134729710704068492014-11-12T04:27:38.557-06:002014-11-12T04:27:38.557-06:00I suppose ultimately its up to event organisers to...I suppose ultimately its up to event organisers to exclude professionally painted armies. This army is tricky as it is half and half, but I would be annoyed if beaten in the painting part of a tournament by a pro painted army. Especially when some fluffy tournaments give you victory points for painting standard.Knight of Infinite Resignationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02680099835726778306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-785143353254421312.post-76326916917799388662014-11-12T04:03:10.638-06:002014-11-12T04:03:10.638-06:00Unsporting, at any rate. >_>;

You've effectively just bought the prize, and it isn't fair on all the normal gamers who painted their own armies. If I had a pro painted army I wouldn't enter it into any painting competition, it is ungentlemanly.
